Our Purpose

We’re here to support you as school counselors as you support your students through this unprecedented time. We cover everything from addressing anxiety to sharing difficult news. We’re here to supply resources, ideas, and connection with fellow professionals.

We’ll be updating frequently as the landscape continues to shift. If you need help with something that’s not covered here, please contact us so we can build something for you.

Now, more than ever, we need each other. We need each other for truth, for support, and to feel less alone during a time that can honestly feel quite scary.

Resilience is accepting your new reality, even if it's less good than the one you had before. You can fight it, you can do nothing but scream about what you've lost, or you can accept that and try to put together something that's good.
